At Home Independence Hub, we bring every aspect of our client's journey together under one roof. As a true one-stop shop, our multidisciplinary Hub combines Occupational Therapists, specialist equipment, Assistive Technology and design professionals who work collaboratively together.
Unlike traditional services where assessments, design and installation happen in isolation, our team works side by side to create solutions that are clinically accurate, technically sound and genuinely life-enhancing.
Whether someone needs rehabilitation, equipment, adaptations, support with the DFG process, or help finding a suitable property, our Hub has the expertise to meet any level of need. This integrated model is unique in the North West and ensures that every recommendation, plan and adaptation is shaped by clinical needs — we consider the whole person, their goals, their home, their long-term independence and deliver with exceptional coordination.
